3. Accounts

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free accounts receive 5 total analyses
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Share your account with others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

6. Intellectual Property

Accent Coach and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your voice recordings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that pronunciation scores are 100% accurate or that using our service will eliminate your accent. Results vary by individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
